Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice.  We ship almost entirely via UPS, but may also ship via FedEx. Unless you have specified your shipping method from the available selections during our check out process, we will ship via the method that we choose.

 Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.

 To see your shipping charges in advance of placing an order, place the desired items into your shopping cart by clicking on the buy buttons. You can view your cart and calculate the shipping totals before actually checking out. Faster shipping options generally cost more. If your cart allows you the option to choose the shipping method then verify the changes in shipping costs before you proceed to payment.

 If items are out of stock, we will try to notify you via email within 24 -48 hours of the order and give you the option to cancel the order or accept the order with the items that we do have in stock and then have the remaining items shipped once the they are back in stock. If we do not hear back from you within 12 hours, we will use our own judgement and may either ship a partial order, and ship the remainder later, or we may hold the order to ship once all items are in stock, or we may cancel the order and refund your payment. If you do not respond within 12 hours you agree that you accept our decision as a suitable remedy.
