By placing your order Online or by Phone you are accepting the following terms:

• Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 5 Calendar days from receipt of merchandise. All return products must have a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION # issued by the Customer Service Team at Maine Motorsports. Returns will be refused without an RMA #, no exceptions.

• All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in it's original packaging,

• Your Invoice must also be attached on the package.

• All returns must be sent Prepaid - NO COD returns will be accepted. It will be refused.

• No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, or painted.

• All Returns are subject to a 25% Re-stocking fee.

• No refund on Shipping charges.
